Housing dimensions:

- Two M4 screws, 28mm distance mounting: 47 × 47 × 43mm (terminals not included).

- Type with M10 central bush
mounting: 47 × 47 ×56mm (terminals not included).
Bulb and capillary: Stainless steel, capillary length 250mm with 150mm long sleeve on capillary or 1000mm with 900mm long sleeve on capillary. Capillary minimum bending radius 5mm.
Temperature sensing element: Liquid filled bulb and capillary.
Terminals: 6.35 × 0.8 quick connect terminals (M4 screw with saddle also available on request).
Adjustment: Fixed setting, sealed.
Manual reset: Fail-safe, fixed setting, front access reset button.
Fail-safe contact action by low temperature: Temperature under -15°C (5°F) will trigger the manual reset. Then it is possible to manually reset the contacts when temperature resumes to normal.
Mounting: 2 screws M4, 28mm distance. (Front bushing, M10×0.75 thread available on request)

- 30A 250/400VAC resistive, on normally closed contacts, opening by temperature rise

- 1.5 (0.25)A 400V on normally open contacts, closing by temperature rise
Contacts: 3 SPDT snap action simultaneous contact.
Max ambient temperature on body: 125°C (257°F).

- M14 fitting on capillary (for water baths and deep fryers).

Yes, we can customize products, and we have R&D engineers to assist you. The customization process is as follows: determine product parameters -> make product drawings -> confirm the prices of products and related molds -> make 3D drawings of products ->make samples -> test various data -> ship.

QWhat is your sample policy?
We support chargeable samples, and the logistics costs will be determined based on the number of samples; we can discuss the specific costs in detail.

QCan I place a small batch order?
Yes, we support small batch orders. Most products allow orders of 5 to 10 pcs for sample testing. Additionally, depending on the product, we support small batch orders ranging from 30 to 500 pcs.

QWhat is your delivery time?
Different products have different delivery times. For small orders with products in stock, we can generally deliver within 7 to 15 days. The specifics will be communicated during the pre-sales service.
